Report a security issue

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in ValueHR Pro, we want to hear from you. Report it privately and we will investigate.

Email the security team

What to include in your report

  • A clear description of the issue and the affected area of the product
  • Steps to reproduce, including any relevant URLs, requests, or accounts used
  • What an attacker could achieve by exploiting it
  • Any supporting evidence such as logs, screenshots, or proof-of-concept code

Testing guidelines

  • Only test against accounts and data that belong to you
  • Do not access, modify, or delete other users’ data
  • Avoid testing that degrades service for others, such as denial-of-service or spam
  • Report what you find promptly and keep it confidential until it is resolved

We aim to acknowledge every report and will keep you updated as we investigate. Please give us reasonable time to resolve an issue before disclosing it publicly.
